Here at Sedona Pizza Company, we believe that you should eat only the best and freshest ingredients that each season has to offer.
We take pride in what we do and that is why our dough and pasta are house-made fresh every day, while our pizzas are cooked to order in a wood-fired oven that was hand-built just for us in Naples, Italy. Gluten Free or Vegan? Not a problem! We have many Gluten Free & Vegan Options available on our menu as well. Sedona Pizza Company has something for everyone! Our authentic Napoletana style pizza is cooked in an 800-degree wood fired oven that was hand built in Naples with mortar made from the volcanic ash of Mount Vesuvius. Here at Sedona Pizza Company, we believe in using only the best Italian San Marzano tomatoes, Caputo 00 flour, homemade dough, locally sourced wood and imported Sedona Divine olive oil & balsamic. Our pizza is Napoletana style, so it is foldable, with blackened char spots on the crust to indicate that it has been correctly cooked.
